Courtney joined our team in 2018 and has worked as a full-time Resident Assistant in our AL community ever since. Courtney is incredibly dedicated, goes above and beyond to make sure our residents are well taken care of, is always showing a positive attitude towards her day, and never thinks twice about helping a coworker. Jimm Henault returns back to RiverCourt Residences as a valued member of the Maintenance Team. His consistent performance has been beneficial in supporting a productive team environment. Jess joined our team in 2006 as a Sous Chef and has since risen to the role of Kitchen Director. Her passion for culinary excellence and resident satisfaction shines through in everything she does. Jess loves connecting with residents to gather inspiration for new menu ideas and collaborates closely with her team to bring those ideas to life. Her dedication and creativity make dining here truly special.

Dash Gunn, Server

Dash started working at RiverCourt Residences in 2022 and quickly became one of our best servers! He knows all of our resident’s favorite treats & makes sure to put things aside for them, just to see them smile. He always goes above and beyond for our residents. Dash recently graduated from high school and has picked up more morning shifts with us. I am constantly receiving compliments from all our residents and staff as to how wonderful Dash is. He is hardworking, caring, helpful and just a joy to have on our team! I couldn’t think of anyone more deserving for employee of the month.

Daryl Eli, Life Enrichment Assistant

Daryl has been with RiverCourt Residences since January of this year as a per diem Life Enrichment Assistant in our Reflections Memory Care Community. Daryl is always available when needed and performs well when running activity programs. He is enthusiastic and comes up with fun things for our residents to do on the spot. Daryl also jumps in to offer help with other departments during mealtimes. It is a pleasure having Daryl on the Reflections Staff team.

Esther Asare joined our team as a Reflections Resident Assistant back in February of 2021. Since then, she has shown her dedication, reliability, patience, and compassion as a caregiver. She brings a calm presence and a warm smile with her every day to work, and we are so grateful for it!

John Cronin, Dishwasher

John has worked in the kitchen for a year as our dishwasher. He has a positive attitude and always comes in with a smile on his face. He loves to help with each part of the behind the scenes work that goes into the preparation of our day. He cuts up all the salad bar prep, keeps our dish area clean and running smoothly. Always jumps in to help our servers with their side work and has taken over training of new dishwashers. We are very lucky to have someone so caring of our residents and staff.
