Resident Profile: Bob Dargiewicz
Bob Dargiewicz is a brother, a son, an Uncle, and a Great-Uncle. At 77 years old, Bob has lived a wonderful and fulfilling life to this day. His sarcasm and humor are the best part about him, he knows just when to lighten a situation and not take himself too seriously. If you happen to walk by room 203, stop by and say hi, most of the time he is always willing to talk and crack a joke with you.
There is a lot to say about who Bob is. He is kind, warmhearted, and has a sense of humor that can bring you out of any mood. During holidays instead of hanging out with the adults, Bob would come to the playroom where the children would be playing with dolls, and make them have funny voices.
There will never be a day when Bob isn’t warm and welcoming, even when he isn’t in the best of moods. His life hasn’t been easy, losing his father at 3 years old was a massive change in his life. His brother took over as the man of the house (as he was 13 years older than Bob,) and he looked up to his big brother in many ways.
Family is very important to Bob and if you take the time to get to know him, you could see just how kind and caring he can be to the people he cares about the most.
