- Make an effort to stay in touch with family and friends: Keeping contact with loved ones is a great way to boost serotonin and your overall health. Family and friends are there to support you, they love you, and always want what is best for you.
- Participate in more social activities and conversations: The more that you participate in certain activities the more that you can boost your overall social wellness. While taking time for yourself is always needed, make sure that you also spend time getting to know people as well as yourself and your needs.
